Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-09-04
This Privacy Policy explains how Ali Buğatekin (sole proprietor), the developer of Cube Maze, handles your data when you use the game. It is prepared in line with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
The short version: Cube Maze collects no personal information about you. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no servers of ours. Your progress stays on your own device.
1. Data controller
Data controller: Ali Buğatekin (sole proprietor), Çanakkale, Türkiye.
2. Data we collect
None. The game never asks for or collects your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. We operate no server that receives data from you, and we have no account system.
3. Information stored on your device
A few small files are kept on your device only, so that the game can work. They are never transmitted anywhere and we cannot read them:
- Your settings — sound, music, volume, and camera speed.
- Your game in progress — which maze you are in and how many moves you have made.
- How many mazes you have completed — used only to decide when an ad is shown.
- Whether the tutorial has been offered to you once.
These files live in the app's own storage area. Deleting the app removes all of them from your device.
4. Advertising
Cube Maze shows ads through Google AdMob so that the game can stay free. To serve those ads, Google may process certain information from your device — such as device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, operating system version, and your device's advertising identifier.
This data does not reach us. It is processed directly by Google as an independent controller and is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

5. Tracking permission (iOS)
On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt appears the first time you open the game. It asks for access to your device's advertising identifier so that ads can be personalised.
You do not have to allow it. If you decline, the game works exactly the same and ads are still shown — they are simply not personalised. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
6. Users in Europe
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown Google's consent screen before any ads are served, and can choose whether their data is used for personalised advertising. You can change that choice later from the same screen.
7. Children
Cube Maze is not directed at children and is not listed in the App Store Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 — we do not collect data from anyone.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK and the GDPR you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request access, rectification, or erasure, and to object to processing. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct, or delete on our side. If you believe otherwise, contact us and we will respond.
9. Deleting your data
There is nothing of yours for us to delete, because we store nothing. To remove the game data held on your device, simply delete the app; your progress, settings, and counters are removed with it.
To reset your advertising identifier or turn tracking off, use iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above is updated. Significant changes will also be announced inside the game.
