My progress disappeared
Game progress is stored only on your device and is not tied to an account. If you deleted the app or moved to a new device, the progress does not come back. That is the trade-off for privacy: none of your data is ever sent to us.
Can I remove the ads?
Not at the moment. Ads only appear at natural transition points and are deliberately infrequent; they never interrupt you in the middle of play.
A maze looks impossible
Every map has its solution proven at the moment it is generated — an unsolvable map cannot be produced. If you are stuck, climb the vantage mast and look at the map from above; the machine that crosses the gap is somewhere on the map.
